  5. Fallback rules. If a rule can't be executed or the field mapping fails, the system will assign the values you specify in the fallback rules. Processing continues uninterrupted even if a value is missing or has not been configured.
  6. Approve. The system automatically routes the invoice to the right approver with escalation logic and a full audit trail.
  7. ERP posting. The system posts fully structured data from your invoices to the ERP system or Accounting software of your choice.
